Born and raised in rural New Jersey, Lauren began her journey in performing playing softball as a child, after her parents realized she liked singing her team’s cheers a whole lot more than stepping up to bat. Eventually she decided to act in her first show and the rest is history.
Lauren is now a musical theatre graduate of Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama and New York based actor. She is passionate about cultivating joy, inspiration, and change by utilizing her artistry on the stage and screen. Lauren aims to to be part of a wide range of work that serves people, communities, and culture for the better.
Outside of acting, you can find Lauren on the yoga mat, playing with her band Goodnight Gracie, teaching leadership development skills to kids in New York City Public Schools and exploring Brooklyn and beyond.
